三、工作原理和结构简述

本机主要由机座、轧辊与安全弹簧部分组成，工作时由电动机经三角皮带轮、链轮传动两个轧辊按相反方面回转、破碎物料。轧辊间隙可以在规定范围内适当调节，以控制出料度大小。

轴承座安装在机体上，在固定轧辊一边，装有弹簧。当非破碎物料落入破碎腔时，弹簧被过度压缩，轧辊间隙增大，非破碎物料就可以顺利通过而不至于损坏其他部件，起到安全保护作用，给料斗设置在上盖顶部，并有闸门控制给料口的大小，在上盖的内侧，装有衬板，以防止物料没经轧辊的破碎而落下。轧辊轴支撑在镶有锡青铜轴承的轴承座上，其润滑是通过四个油杯定期注油来实现的。弹力的大小可由压紧螺栓来调整，链条不能调的过紧，须有一定的挠度，避免由于拉力过大而造成链条断裂现象，一般取链条的挠度f=0.02A(A为链轮中心距)。
