工作原理

矿浆经入料管道进入擦洗机腔体内，在叶轮强大的搅拌作用下，料浆产生剧烈的紊流。矿粒在其中有巨大的动量，并且相互产生剧烈的和碰撞。包裹在矿粒表面的杂质薄膜由于强度不大，经过和撞击很容易就被剥离出矿物表面。而矿物表面的胶结物经水浸泡后再经过矿粒相互之间强烈的碰撞，摩擦也会松散，碎解。从而达到粘土质与矿粒的分离。这些薄膜杂质和粘土质碎解，剥落到矿浆中，经过后续脱泥即可分离出矿浆。在实际生产过程中，还要根据矿物实际情况添加不同药剂。（The slurry enters the scrubber chamber through the feed pipe, and under the powerful stirring action of the impeller, the slurry produces violent turbulence.
